Down and Dirty!
Yesterday all three of my boys competed in the Down and Dirty competition here in Miami! My hubby competed in the 6 mile course! There were tons of hurdles... different walls to climb, nets to crawl under, and even mud to go through! My two boys competed in the mile course! Here are some of the before and after pictures!
