2 Weeks Home

Hi everyone,
There are so many things to say... but if I could only remember them all!  Emma has been a God sent!  She is an amazing little girl!  We are so blessed to have a baby who sleeps through the night from day 1!  She also goes to bed so easily now.  I just put her in the pack n play next to my bed and she looks at me for a couple of minutes then lays down with her little white towel and goes to sleep!  She loves her mama and always is near by.  She loves playing independently with her toys and with her brothers, mommy, daddy, and nana.  She is starting to enjoy eating food other than her bottle with rice cereal.  She loves sweet potato and many kinds of fruits.  She can now wave hello and bye-bye and give kisses!  She says mama and dada and babbles alot.  She enjoys her baths each night and actually blows bubbles in the water!  Each day we take a little walk around the neighborhood in her little 3 in 1 trike that I push.  She holds the handlebars and even pushes her little body forward like lets go mom.  We went to my dads house this weekend and Emma enjoyed being in the pool for the first time.  Today was a big day for us!  Emma got her little ears pierced!  You would have thought someone was trying to  kill her when they were only trying to make a mark on each ear with a pen!  That was the hardest part of it all.  Once they marked her ears both girls quickly pierced her ears with little pearl earrings.  Once they finished, Nana handed Emma a cookie and the tears dried up immediately!  Seriously, she cried for the marking on each ear and not the piercing!  What a little trooper!  Here are some pictures of Emma on her trike and right after her ears were pierced.  I will add more pictures of the past week soon.

                                                               Having fun on my trike!
